Abdul Halim is a Regional Business Manager based in our Middle East Regional office in Dubai, UAE. In this role, he leads the regional team with key focus areas include Business Strategy, go-to-market planning, Business Development, and evangelizing Panduit’s overall strategy of offering end to end Solution in Electrical, Enterprise and Data Center Market among end users and its partner organizations. Abdul has more than 27 years of technology industry experience, 15 years with Panduit. Prior to joining Panduit in 2007, he worked as Dy General Manager for one of the largest System Integrator in UAE. Abdul holds a Bachelor of Science (H) Physics from Delhi University, India, and Executive Business Management Program from Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIM-C).
Engineering Strategy Manager, Panduit
Michael Vermeer is Engineering Strategy Manager at Panduit for their Enterprise and Industrial businesses. He has earned a Mechanical Engineering degree from Purdue University and an MBA from DePaul University. In his 15 years at Panduit he has taken various roles as engineer, inventor, product line manager, services manager, and acquisition lead. He most enjoys learning from his customers’ perspective and helping to bring innovative solutions to common challenges, including technologies that simplify customers communication networks, and those that help transition serial networks to ethernet.
Sr. Product Manager, Panduit
Stephen is Senior Product Manager for Panduit’s Data Centre connectivity solutions.
Further to ensuring commercial success and managing product lifecycle Stephen’s responsibilities include Data Centre market research, identifying technology trends and working with industry experts, customers, consultants and partners to drive Panduit’s new product roadmap forward.
Stephen has over 30 years experience in the communications industry and is a subject matter expert in physical layer network connectivity solutions.
Prior to joining Panduit (in 2012) his roles have included business leadership, business development, product management, product design and solution development for mission critical Data Centres, Enterprises, and Carrier/Telecom Networks across the globe.
Stephen graduated with higher level diplomas in Mechanical and Manufacturing (Engineering) and holds 7 Patents.
Business Development Manager, Panduit
After starting his career in a large electrical equipment distribution group, Frédéric held various roles in the technical-commercial field with a varied industrial clientele, consisting mainly of contractors, installers and end customers.
With more than 30 years of experience in industry and in various fields of activity, as well on the OEM as the IC/MRO side, he has been Senior Business Development Manager for more than 5 years, for IEI activities at Panduit in EMEA.
Managing Director EMEA, Panduit
As Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Panduit EMEA Ralph J. Lolies is directly responsible for executing Panduit’s business strategy in Europe, Middle East and Africa since 2014. He is well-acquainted with Panduit. Since 1998, he has served as Managing Director of Pancon Corporation in Europe. Between 2011 and 2014 he was appointed as Managing Director Milestone Partners, a private equity organization. Prior to that, he was Director and General Manager of Pancon in Germany and Slovenia for 13 years. Before this, he served in various leadership roles in product development, production, R&D engineering and supply chain with Panduit in Germany before it was acquired by ITW and became Pancon. Ralph holds a mechanical engineering diploma from Wiesbaden University.
Sr. Manager Marketing, Panduit
Martin Kandziora has been the Senior Manager Marketing at Panduit in Europe, Middle East and Africa since 2019. He began his career after studying electrical engineering in Stuttgart as a project planning engineer. Martin then moved into the media industry as an electrotechnical trade magazine editor, where he successfully expanded the readership and revenue. From 2004, Martin was responsible for global marketing at Rittal as the VP Marketing and Communication. Martin is involved with various professional associations and committees. He also writes numerous articles for both the German and English-language press and holds a Masters degree in Business Administration.
